Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 2026 · Effective across all BooyahSensi purchases.

Our core sensitivity calibration engine is 100% free forever for all players.

We strongly encourage every gamer to test our sensitivity physics on their smartphone digitizer using the free calibrator before purchasing any convenience pass.

1. Digital Micro-Passes (Season Pass ₹49 & Pro Pass ₹99)

Due to the immediate provisioning of digital entitlements (unlimited cloud storage, auto-tuning algorithms, and watermark-free exports) and non-recoverable payment gateway transaction charges deducted by Razorpay and banking networks, Season Pass (₹49) and Pro Pass (₹99) purchases are strictly non-refundable once unlocked.

Once a digital pass is activated to your profile, the digital benefit is delivered immediately and cannot be revoked or returned.

2. Squad Clan Pass (₹299) — 7-Day Clan Guarantee

The Squad Clan Pass (₹299) is covered by our exclusive 7-Day Clan Guarantee.

If your clan encounters unresolved technical malfunctions (such as shared preset synchronization errors or clan seat allocation failure) that our engineering team cannot resolve within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided fewer than 2 squad seats have been activated.

3. Duplicate Transactions & Billing Anomalies

In the event of accidental duplicate payments (e.g., money deducted twice due to an internet drop or payment gateway timeout):

  • Any duplicate charge will be refunded 100% back to the original payment method upon verification.
  • No payment processing fees will be deducted for duplicate transactions.

4. How to Submit a Refund or Dispute Request

To submit an eligible Squad Pass refund request or report a duplicate charge, please email our billing team at support@booyahsensi.online with the following information:

  1. Your registered BooyahSensi account email
  2. 12-digit UPI UTR reference number or Razorpay Payment ID
  3. Date and amount of the transaction
  4. Detailed description of the technical issue encountered

Verified refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days directly back to the original source bank/UPI account.
